Ludus App

01.

Intro of case

Managing all the processes involved in the production of a loaf of bread gives you the privilege to offer “your own bread to your customers”. It is important that we can still say this today as a group that advocates “collective creativity”. Because our creative business partners were born from within us, that is, they matured with the Manga culture.
Ludus was a European Union project. It came to us prematurely. They wanted an app and a website to help parents, teachers and sports professionals in pre-school education. We created the content together with our business partners. We managed and created all the processes except the name.

Understanding User Needs: To be seen as a reference source and practical training for parents, teachers and sports professionals in pre-school education.
Persona Creation: The European Union had decided after research that such a practice was necessary. Teams and research in the countries that would use it were pooled together and “personas” were created.
Customer Journey Mapping: We mapped the entire user journey, from initial awareness to post-interaction, to ensure we covered every touchpoint for a seamless experience.
Low-Fidelity Wireframes: With different countries, different backgrounds and different skills, our Team created and implemented guidelines outlining the structure of each character or screen, focusing on layout and functionality without getting into visual details.

Work challenges

Our website and app designs focused on a successful work that is different and stands out:

Benzersiz, kullanıcı dostu ve tamamen duyarlı, eğlenceli bir
Easy access to what users are looking for and unassisted understanding and application
We structured the content in an easily accessible way and made it accessible
Our designs are simple, user-friendly, fun and unique

Main result

Our website and application met with our staff. Subsequently, the EU conducted research and evaluations on users in 7 countries. Hundreds of parents, teachers and sports trainers used and evaluated our app and website. With 80 videos and 300 guiding cards, the app or video was built with a simple structure rather than a complex one. The cartoon characters worked for each age category made a training fun and memorable. User-friendly and responsive UX/UI design made a difference.

As a result of the research and testing, it was approved as a project that achieved 83% success within the framework of “European Union Norms”. And it was shown as a case in new project presentations. Then it was deformed by the Sports Volunteers Association and started to be used for different purposes. We have nothing to do with the deformed version
